UGREEN Lightning to 3.5mm Adapter Apple MFi Certified

It does exactly what I needed. I like to use headphones on a phone call, since I have trouble hearing. This adapter works perfectly so I can listen to headphones on my phone.

It may be a little more expensive, but this by FAR is the best dongle I’ve found. The connection point between dongle and jack is solid, the dongle itself is very durable, and the sound quality is great. I’ve tried several different products and none of them can measure up to this one.

The woven fabric ripped or unraveled quicker than expected. Lasted almost 3 weeks, now if I accidentally tug the cable to one side it disconnects even if still plugged in, cable is not as durable as expected, connectors are completely fine

I'm super happy with the quality of this adapter and that it looks beautiful and not like a cheap addition. It's black and brushed silver and fits right in seamlessly. The unexpected bonus is that my TIDAL listening quality has improved. Like POW, Wow! The lightning connection is superior, and I assume this adapter's quality might also make a difference. I say you can buy this adapter with confidence. It works and looks great!

This ugreen adapter sounds much better than the standard apple dongle. Warmer sound signature, but with better defined bass, greater impact, and wider soundstage. Clear improvement, no question. Bought this myself, nothing free!

I kept having problems with shorts in basic dongles so I searched for something durable capable of longevity I found this and , Yes.! It’s awesome we’ll built durable isn’t going to break easy and hasn’t shorted extremely excited and satisfied.!

Third try was the charm! Finally found a connector that will work with my new I phone and my most excellent earphones from my older model. Tried earphones specifically for the newer I phones and they were horrible. This wonderful connector also allows me to connect to my sonic speaker without using Bluetooth. High quality. Very durable. Great job!

This worked great to hook my iphone to my stereo.

After being given an iPhone 7plus so I could stream music in the salon studio space I realized I needed an adapter cable to plug into amp. I read reviews and chose this one for the sound quality and price. So far so good. Sound quality is excellent. Cable was, and is, tricky to insert in iPhone. (I don't have this issue with its charging cable) but once it's mounted, it stays put. So far the only issue I have is the phone loses battery life faster than I would expect. Not sure if this is due to this cable (hence 4 stars vs 5 stars) or just an older, used iPhone thing. Currently lasts long enough to play music all day which is what I need. Very good price, arrived in 24 hours and quality is better than expected.

I had one before and it worked for a long time until the wire shorted out. It just stopped working one day. All I can say it is much better than the apple product. A little more expensive but worth it.

Why Iphone stopped using the headphone jack I don't understand. I used it for lots of things , like running into the PA system or my stereo. This works well to fix the lack of a jack on the iphone.

I do not like using Bluetooth unnecessarily - for good reasons in a world with inconsistent security practices and laws. Wired headphones FTW. This adapter has lasted me 4 months of moderate-heavy use.

I had bought to enjoy the music I like without disturbing others and it serves the purpose I had bought and spent money on it.

I needed an adaptor to hook my corded SleepPhones headband to my iPhone. Works perfectly. Sound and connection are great. Connections are tight fitting. I bought one for me and my sister. This will work great with the new iPad she plans on purchasing. The new ones don’t come with headphone jacks anymore. I’ll update if there are any issues.

Finally. I have tried 3 different brands and this one is the first to enable my 3.5mm headset to work for phone calls with my 2020 iphone SE. I know that bluetooth earpieces work but I don't always want a battery parked by my brain and the battery always dies at the worst time. Other dongles I have purchased work fine for sound but wouldn't allow the mic to work for calls. This one does. It seems to be made of tougher stuff than the others as well. The price was quite a bit higher than the others I purchased. But it is worth it if it works the way I need it to.

Great to be able to use headphones with my phone!

I only have the problem of it not working well with my Samsung headphones but with my car aux cord and wireless headphones it works fine. So i guess you can say it is not compatible with all headphones although I have yet to try it with another pair. It lowers/cuts the sound every three seconds.

Those of us who have older cars need an Aux 3.5 mm to lightning adapter. I leave this inside my car, so it experiences extreme hot temps and extreme cold temps. Still working after 1 year. No audio crackling, disconnects, or glitching. The plug strength is strong (normal) - no slipping out. The base of the lightning plug is actually lined with rubber, so when you plug it into your iPhone, it has a soft "rubber-on-metal" feeling rather than a "plastic-on-metal feeling". I don't think it provides any performance benefit lol... it's just an interesting feature. The strain relief is good since it helps prevent cable tears at those high stress areas. Better than the standard Apple design.

Just got mine and it sounds great.

It’s works adapting a regular headset with the new iPhone lightning jack. And it works for both phone, web calls and video/music unlike some of the adapters that work only for music/videos.

Was my second if these after the Apple branded one stopped working after 32 days…. With a 30 day return policy. Ouch. This has been great, been 3 months or so. Does what it is supposed to.

Its fine but it came to me with the end bent, which was annoying but I got use to it. Its been a few weeks since I have bought it. I dont think I have abused it much but it will occasionaly not work when being pluged in, and it will boot its connection off sometimes when its moved. I plan on buying the Fiio BTR5 nugget dac to replace it soon. You might get one thats better but eh. I mean its better than the apple ones and other off brand ones. I just had a crappy expiriance.

they sound clear, theres no noise when you move them around and aren't immediately killed by static from me rolling around in my bed ONE time like the Apple dongle dac is, its well worth the price increase over the regular one as long as you aren't sitting completely and are gonna use them around anything that can produce slight static.

Good quality material and sound

It works great connecting it to a iRig interface device which is then connects to a iPhone. Did a digital drum recording witch is the easiest way to record audibly and visually. Fastest most economically feasible way to upload videos on YTube. Cant do it without this adapter. What would of cost me a hefty dollar at the phone store was at least 60% less going through Amazon.

This is the only adapter I've found that work for phone calls using my older apple earbuds with microphone that came with my iPhone 6. Thought it was an apple problem with the newer phones only having the lightning jack. Recommend!!!!!

Great product but a bit pricey

I bought this product at the same time I bought the equivalent from Apple. The sound quality is the same and I prefer the look and feel of the Ugreen. Specifically, I like the dark color and flexible cloth-covered link between the two ends of the adapter.

It works for phone calls and listening to music. I have ordered others that did I not work for phone calls. Love it!!!

The good: - sound quality is pretty good for the price I suppose. I can definitely notice a wider (less congested), stronger sound if I connect the same headphones directly to my iPhone 6 where I'm using its built-in DAC and amp, but the adapter 's sound is still quite good for what it is and costs. - nice design, with said headphones you can barely notice there's an adapter, I got the black version and I think the design is very simple and appealing And now the bad: - the cable may be braided, and the connectors might feel high quality, but when the cables inside of it either aren't very resistant or well-connected, the product's budget was misspent. A couple months since purchase, the sound cut off every now and then and I had to resume playback after a few seconds. Now, six months since purchase, I can't put the phone in my pocket because no matter how I place the cable, my music is getting cut off after seconds of simply walking. To resume playback I have to actually take it out of my pocket as the headphones have no inline controls. So basically it's either take out the phone over and over or just walk with the phone in my hand, both pretty annoying. Thanks Apple, for creating this problem. Unless I get a big and expensive DAC+amp, I'll be having this issue forever, as all these cheap adapters have a potential lifespan of a few months... and also worse sound quality than if you could connect it directly to the phone.

Works just fine when plugged-in directly; does NOT work via the Apple Camera adapter, which I was hoping to use with a usb power bank plugged into its usb port. Not at all manufacturer's fault, just a caveat for those who might wish to use it with a power source attached to to the camera adapter. Question: does the Apple headphone adapter work in this configuration?
